Every aspect of the fit-out was focused on elevating aesthetics and creating a space that can withstand the demands of a dynamic work environment. From intricate detailing to high-quality finishes, each element was carefully installed by our fit-out team to exude luxury and quality.

Central to the design philosophy was the creation of focal points that infuse comfort and functionality. The communal seating area, adorned with circular wooden drafters and soft pink upholstery, serves as a centrepiece that promotes collaboration. Similarly, the meeting room partitioned with matte brass-framed glass, offers space for innovative conversations in a relaxing atmosphere, with carefully considered flooring to enhance acoustics.

Together with the designer, Broadway Interiors, and the client, we were able to maintain the design intent while keeping on time and within budget. The result is a fresh, open-plan workspace with a modern look and feel. The space spans over 3,500 sq. ft., incorporating multiple private offices, boardrooms, and a make-up training room.

The scope of this project was extensive and required meticulous attention to detail. We delivered the following key components of the commercial fit-out: partition works, door systems, flooring solutions including ceramic and porcelain tiles for durability and aesthetics, as well as hand-tufted patterned carpets to enhance the interior ambiance, joinery, workstations, blind and light fittings.

Our responsibilities extended to the walls, which were adorned with wood effect porcelain tiles, wallpaper, and wood wall slats cladding. Unique touches like marble onyx features, water walls, and ‘live’ plant walls added a touch of luxury and greenery to the space. Suspended wood veneer baffles and gypsum ceilings were installed to create visually appealing and acoustically efficient office environments.

This high-end office fit-out seamlessly integrated a myriad of elements, from partitioning to furnishings, resulting in a workspace that exudes sophistication and functionality. The project involved full turnkey fit-out works to transform the space into a modern and efficient workspace that could accommodate Talabat’s growing team.

Colour plays an important role in setting the tone and mood of any space. The colours chosen for the fabric and paint were carefully selected to create a unique atmosphere that would be both inviting and comfortable. Additionally, the large ceiling skylight allows natural light to flood in and gives the feel of a more spacious work environment to get productivity flowing.

At the reception of the BiSB bank branch is an Islamic Banking Knowledge Centre video wall decorated with synthetic plants, which is the centre of attraction at the outlet. The other impressive element in the branch is the vivid colour schemed lounge area with seamless colour coordination flowing into various functional spaces. The decorative light fittings, stretch fabric ceilings with lighting and Stucco wall finishes play a significant role in highlighting the overall ambience to match the design vision.

Our factory in Askar manufactured various counters, cabinets, and display units in brand-specified colours such as purple, grey, teal, black, beige, white and yellow using different materials – wood, laminate, aluminium, fabric, and
gypsum. From demolition of the old branch to refitting the new design roll-out of the interiors was done by our fit-out team with utmost precision to all new internal and external finishes. The wall coverings, partitions and meeting spaces were created so that the customer and staff can have more convenience and privacy while having a unique experience with the brand.

Our scope included both external and internal interior fit out works including the finishing MEP works. We delivered several decorative metal works and FLS systems for this exciting project. Delivering exceptional services to meet the customer’s need is our priority at all times, hence our operation team have left no stone unturned until the grand opening of their headquarters.

Say Studio designed the space as a fresh, open and modern workspace. The warehouse space accommodates 70 people across six different departments. Capitalising on the architectural elements of the warehouse, the design is refined, minimal, industrial and bold.

Havelock One and the client collaborated in extensive workshops, developing the final interiors through sketches and CAD drawings, integrating the guidance from our experienced factory team on how to give contemporary products, like FD 60 doors, for example, a rustic appeal. Ahmed Al Fowzan, a local artisan, was tasked to apply precise burning techniques and natural pigments to our joinery, integrating allusions of “Al Sadu”, traditional weaving patterns.

Another key feature of the majlis is the ceiling, which includes so called ‘Haseera’ panels, wickerwork made in-house from round trunks of an indigenous tree species, that were securely fixed by our site team.
