Expanding on this portfolio, our Qatar based fit out teams extended their expertise to the F&B sector. In 2019, we undertook the contracting for Marche, a distinguished F&B retail outlet at HIA. Subsequently, in 2020, we successfully completed projects for Red, Harrods Tea Room, and Excess Baggage, solidifying their reputation in the airport’s F&B retail landscape.

Moreover, our turnkey fit out proficiency in retail contracting was showcased through collaborations with luxury brands like HUBLOT, Loro Piana, Penhaligons, and Victoria’s Secret, all within the premises of the airport. In addition to contracting, we also demonstrated our manufacturing capabilities by partnering with Starbucks and Charlotte Tilbury, ensuring the production of high-quality retail environments.

To elevate the duty-free experience in Africa amidst the recent pandemic, we worked closely with local contractors and other vendors, ensuring that everyone involved in the project understood its requirements. We were passionate about every stage of the project, and our brand promise of “Evolving Partnerships” shone through.

Our approach earned us positive feedback from the client, who appreciated our openness, transparency, and ability to manage expectations effectively. We were honored to be part of the store opening ceremony, where we had the opportunity to showcase the store to the CEO of Ethiopian Airlines Group and the entire team handling the airport expansion and duty-free projects.

The NHY store is now a benchmark for Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, and we take great pride in the sense of responsibility and ownership we demonstrated throughout the project. Our scope included both external and internal interior fit out works including the finishing MEP works. We delivered several decorative metal works and FLS systems for this exciting project. Delivering exceptional services to meet the customer’s need is our priority at all times, hence our operation team have left no stone unturned until the grand opening of their headquarters.

Say Studio designed the space as a fresh, open and modern workspace. The warehouse space accommodates 70 people across six different departments. Capitalising on the architectural elements of the warehouse, the design is refined, minimal, industrial and bold.

The Phantom cologne for men by Paco Rabanne is launched by PUIG exclusively in airports. This fragrance has been described as a ‘futuristic aromatic’ scent and combines new technologies with luxury perfumery craftsmanship.

A kiosk design and manufacturing process requires intricate planning and attention to details. For this project, our setting-out team assessed the materials required and their dimensions; produced as-built drawings from the concept and sourced the complete hardware. Subsequently, we teamed up with a lighting company, procured LED screens and other gadgets with the support of our IT team’s expertise.

To replicate the structure of the kiosk exactly as shown in 3D visuals, our metal team had to determine the mechanical calculations required for the two-angled metal legs to hold the 600kg canopy at a height of 7.55 ft. We assembled the finished components and made sure all the hardware worked in sync as per client expectation and tested the software before the structure’s dispatch. Extra care was taken by creating custom-made shipping crates to transport the kiosk and to ensure we delivered it damage free and ready for use.

Phantom was launched in Qatar Duty Free on 1^st July 2021 and later  shipped to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
