Although we faced a few challenges that tested our mettle, through proactive communication, design workshops, and swift responses, we were able to secure approvals and meet the project deadlines with finesse. Our scope included both the back and front of the house, encompassing ticket counters, a foyer, corridors, toilets, storage, staff rooms, and an extensive customised kitchen to serve specially crafted dine-in cuisine for the cinema fans. Our fit out team accomplished an impressive structural steel installation, which was challenging due to the overall height of the foyer. Particular attention was given to the installations within the iMax and the pre-movie lounge for Reel Platinum Suites to boost an exclusive VIP experience. We started with a meticulous site survey and setting out process, followed by installing high-level slab soffit painting and acoustic treatment to elevate the experience within the park. Our Bahrain fit out team carried out a pivotal phase overseeing the installation of MEP services for the ceilings, featuring lights, speakers, sprinklers, and fire alarm sensors. We also carried out the construction of the secondary steel grid and installed low-level MEP services and ceilings. Our detailed finishing skills shine through in the flooring, which we developed encompassing polished concrete and luxury vinyl, and in the colourful street art. The project’s distinctive character results from the installation of woodwork/joinery and special themed finishes, concluding with the placement of loose furniture.

Our Bahrain fit out teams carried out several complex activities, including the lifting and shifting of panels weighing 6.5 tons and measuring 9 meters by 3 metres. We also had to manage intricate logistics of placing the HVAC equipment on the roof. For the concreting works, a 270-meter-long concrete routing was installed from the mall exterior to the aquarium unit inside the mall. We also installed a busbar from the basement to the zone for stage-wise construction, and the ingenious design of a temporary gantry girder was achieved to complete the works of several exhibits within the zone.

The entire project journey, including the critical logistics movement, was met with precision and expertise. The Rope Bridge, a unique feature, adds an element of thrill and adventure to this unparalleled aquatic experience.

We embarked on this project after winning multiple packages, including renovating 1,094 doors, for which the process and finish required was complex. Our manufacturing specialists had to combine wood and veneer to create a new pattern to embrace the design concept. We were then enlisted to renovate the 1 / 2 / 3-bedroom villas and refurbish public areas. Our fit out and manufacturing teams worked closely to refurbish all joinery elements, such as doors, screens and cabinets. Our factory carried out the bulk manufacturing of customised wardrobes and wall panels and supplied nearly 7,000 FF&E items.

Through the strategic value engineering process, we were able to mitigate high-cost impact. Notably, the challenge of renovating 38 existing villas without as-built drawings was overcome through meticulous planning; this included protecting underground MEP services during ongoing hotel demolition.

The ID consultant, GM Architects and the concept architect, DSA Arch have designed a magnificent interior for this resort, spanning over 400,000 sq. ft. The use of mother-of-pearl accents and deep blue tones pay homage to Bahrain’s history as ‘the island of pearls’. The hospitality manufacturing and interior finishes for this project included joinery work on a grand scale and included all guestroom aspects; doors, closets, vanity and hanging shelves which were manufactured and fitted by our team. Bespoke bed bases were created for all 196 guestrooms in our Bahrain factory, along with cabanas and decorative screens.

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is the Jumeirah group’s second development in the Kingdom and has already won multiple awards for its design and luxury architecture.

Al Majed For Oud adopted a new design concept for their retail outlets. The concept glorifies their six decades of trading history and creates an ambience that can enhance the shopping experience for their customers.

Havelock One Interiors’ retail manufacturing team was able to translate the look and feel of the brand’s new store concept designed by Zebra Projects FZE, taking into consideration the specific tastes needed by the brand. For the retail outlet in The Avenues Bahrain, our fit-out team handled the project management from shell and core to the installation of all MEP works with joinery fixtures and suspended shelves. The heritage wall design feature and decorative light pendants give the store a distinctive identity. Our factory manufactured several display counters for a personalised experience while testing the fine natural oud owned by the brand.

We have been involved with the manufacturing and fit-out of a total of eight stores since 2021. Our project management teams could fast-track installation at almost every location, despite the stringent restrictions set by several premium malls. And with most of the project stakeholders located abroad, our teams also coordinated the selection of finishes and communicated updates by working to meet with parties in different time zones. At the reception of the BiSB bank branch is an Islamic Banking Knowledge Centre video wall decorated with synthetic plants, which is the centre of attraction at the outlet. The other impressive element in the branch is the vivid colour schemed lounge area with seamless colour coordination flowing into various functional spaces. The decorative light fittings, stretch fabric ceilings with lighting and Stucco wall finishes play a significant role in highlighting the overall ambience to match the design vision.

Our factory in Askar manufactured various counters, cabinets, and display units in brand-specified colours such as purple, grey, teal, black, beige, white and yellow using different materials – wood, laminate, aluminium, fabric, and
gypsum. From demolition of the old branch to refitting the new design roll-out of the interiors was done by our fit-out team with utmost precision to all new internal and external finishes. The wall coverings, partitions and meeting spaces were created so that the customer and staff can have more convenience and privacy while having a unique experience with the brand.
