We provided all furnishings, fixtures, and equipment for the ground floor, as well as joinery items for public and back-of-house areas and supplied decorative lighting and curtains for the 87 apartments. The large metal fence and sliding door fabricated and installed at the entrance features a custom cutting pattern design. This bespoke element not only served a functional purpose but also added a unique aesthetic touch to the space, enhancing its overall appeal.

To offer a hotel-like experience with a modern classic grace within the residential space, our team enhanced existing finishes to align them with the new design and elevated the overall quality standards. Havelock One was instructed to complete an extensive hotel refurbishment, including the fit out and coordination of high-end joinery works and FF&E. The attention to detail is evident in every element of the project, from bespoke natural veneer and deluxe upholstery to natural marble floors and oak wood flooring that exudes warmth. Motorised curtains and smart film glass partitions between the bathroom and bedroom add a touch of modernity, while luxurious headboards and natural oak wooden paneling complete the picture of opulence and comfort.

The journey of transforming this grand space into reality was not without its challenges. As a renovation project, the St. Regis Kuwait faced the unique demands of working within a historical building. During the demolition of concrete attic slabs, structural constraints had to be carefully addressed under the supervision of expert engineers. Additionally, standardising the dimensions of rooms with the same type required skill and expertise, ensuring a unified final product.

In the midst of unprecedented circumstances brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, the project faced unexpected disruptions to its timeline. However, through meticulous mitigation action plans and unwavering determination, the project was completed on schedule, while meeting the exacting standards of the St. Regis brand.

More recently, the Alo Yoga brand made its Dubai debut in the most visited tourist destination in the world, Dubai Mall. We had the pleasure of delivering the custom manufacturing of all store fixtures for the expansive 5,000 sq. ft. space.

From replicating Alo’s signature wooden lattice partitions in metal for the outdoor terrace, to crafting stylish hanging shelves, we’ve seamlessly integrated the brand’s essence into every corner. We also manufactured bespoke seating for both the interior and the terrace, so guests can sit in comfort while enjoying the view of the iconic Dubai Fountains.

Cheekee Munkee is a fun, playful and unique kids’ fashion brand, driven by a passion for quality and responsible buying. So far, Havelock One has supplied shop fittings for 14 locations, and our team had great fun as we, too, played with the brand’s vibrant colours during the bulk manufacturing journey that started in our factory. We manufactured all the individual retail display units that are needed to display their trendy and sustainable products. The first thing you notice when you walk into the store is the bright, bold hues of yellow, pink, and blue that adorn the walls and floors. And then there’s the brand face – the little cheeky monkey. This adorable little character is everywhere, from the clothes to the walls to the shopping bags.

To add a bit of playfulness, we got the Cheekee Munkee heads revolving on their fixtures. Focusing on the collaboration with the brand, here’s what the brand director, Jazz Hayer had to say about our execution: “Thank you, #TeamHavelockOne for producing our New Venture Brands store. The design for the Disney store in The Avenues – Kuwait is completely unique and offers children (and adults) the chance to step into a 360 Disney experience. Our scope included multiple entertainment zones within the store, including gaming and storytelling areas. The changing rooms were exceptionally fun to deliver, as each embodies its own well-known and loved Disney character, which is a global first.

We loved being able to take a challenging design concept and bring it to life. We manufactured all fixtures and fittings in our 520,000 sq. ft. Bahrain factory, working with a range of materials from metal, MDF, Corian, laminate and illumination.

Located in the prestigious ‘The Avenues’, the largest shopping mall in Kuwait, this 550 sq. ft. store designed by Zebra celebrates bold colours and embraces technology.

We manufactured the store fittings in our 520,000 sq. ft. Bahrain factory and transported them to Kuwait for installation. The lighting within the perimeter rails creates a stunning effect, highlighting the brand’s insta-worthy apparel. The overall store delivery required working with a range of materials from metal tubes, mesh and fabricated bolts.

After agreeing timescales and details with the client, we were able to complete the retail manufacturing project within a three-month turnaround period.

The project involved full turnkey fit-out works to transform the space into a modern and efficient workspace that could accommodate Talabat’s growing team.

Colour plays an important role in setting the tone and mood of any space. The colours chosen for the fabric and paint were carefully selected to create a unique atmosphere that would be both inviting and comfortable. Additionally, the large ceiling skylight allows natural light to flood in and gives the feel of a more spacious work environment to get productivity flowing.

We worked closely with Broadway Interiors to ensure that their design vision was brought to life. The innovative design techniques and the materials used create an inspiring workspace for employees. The result is a welcoming office space that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional

Our Kuwait fit-out and Bahrain-based manufacturing teams embarked on this complex installation with great determination, coordination and attention to detail. The most attractive implementation within this space are—the tall metal structures at the entrance with customised crystal beads, the metal frames linked to make a dome-shaped structure with handmade embroidery depicting traditional Chinese colours and art, along with the custom-made velvet furnishings and loose furniture. Our setting-out team have put great effort into developing design details, selecting colour palettes and customising each element to meet the designer’s vision for the red and blue themed dining concept areas. 

Unique handmade wallpapers were fabricated and installed inhomogeneously by our fit-out team, along with several custom decorative lights with a combination of metal, leather and glass in accordance with the design pattern to match the creative vision. Extensive collaboration, coordination and synchronising of elements and finishes were involved in this project. And we are grateful that the final execution was done to the client’s utmost satisfaction.
