Collaborations with local Indian artists and designers play a pivotal role in enhancing specific elements of the store. Elements like chandeliers, influenced by Arab culture, are integrated to reflect the luxurious environment of Dubai. This infusion creates a synergy between Dubai’s luxurious aesthetic and India’s heritage, providing a distinctive experience that extends beyond couture.

Our scope included design development and fit out, including full luxurious marble flooring, and decorative elements such as ceiling roses and wall decoration, which included white gold leaf detailing within the feature alcoves and mouldings.

We developed the storefront design comprising of millwork pillars and facias, and a gold framed crystal clear glass front. The end result is a stunning, stand-out destination in Dubai Mall’s most exclusive area. Manish Malhotra’s flagship store has undoubtedly become a sought-after destination for A-listers and influencers alike, promising to be an enduring icon for many years to come.

The restaurant boasts several standout features, such as a wooden raft and canopy ceiling that creates a dynamic open sky effect using GOBO lights. Marble flooring from South Africa and Australia complements walls adorned with an antique texture finish and traditional design motifs.

Collaborating with Australian designers and executing a unique design inspired by South African traditions presented our team with considerable challenges. Additionally, the installation of the distinctive floor and ceiling materials added complexity to the project. Nevertheless, our team rose to the occasion and delivered exceptional results.

Close coordination with designers and the Project Management Consultant (PMC) ensured the timely completion of the engineering phase. Effective collaboration with client-side suppliers and contractors facilitated the delivery of high-quality outcomes within the specified timeframe. The end result has brought the design vision to life, with R&B establishing itself as a beloved dining hotspot in Al Bateen.

The success of the 893 sq. ft. project for a store-within-a-store in the Mall of Emirates outlet hinged on meeting the initially planned handover date. We developed a well-defined project schedule to ensure on-time delivery. In addition, our expertise with new concept store roll-out is demonstrated at the Marassi Galleria in Bahrain, wherein the 5,144 sq. ft. is created in synergy with the mall concept of attracting high-end fashion and luxury brands to its first-floor fashion zone.

Our brand experience continues within Bahrain’s World Trade Center, which hosts a Dolce & Gabbana outlet within the Moda Mall complex. Our fit out team completed the refurbishment of two stores with a combined area of 3,230 sq. ft. with separate extensions for men’s and women’s fashion. The interior design is minimalist and dominated by the use of black and red finishes.

Our venture with this luxury fashion brand remains a stronghold, having seamlessly completed the seventh store since 2022.

Our scope involved the fit out of various intricate details for both stores. The interplay of white micro-topping floors, textured white walls, and matte black ceilings set a sophisticated stage. Timber dowels suspended from the ceiling guide the eye, culminating in an arch over the cash desk, framed by the company logo and mannequin display. Fitting rooms boast comfort and style, with rounded edges, full-length illuminated mirrors, and plush furnishings. While the client supplied the shopfitting, Havelock One demonstrated our expertise in the manufacture and installation of GRG, Gypsum, cash counters, back counters, grab-and-go displays, feature dowels, fitting room fixtures, furnishings, and even the unique display pebbles. Our UAE-based fit out team collaborated with various local contractors and seamlessly melded different elements into a cohesive masterpiece. The result of our work at the L’ Couture stores has garnered praise from our client, commending the finish and ambiance.

Cheekee Munkee is a fun, playful and unique kids’ fashion brand, driven by a passion for quality and responsible buying. So far, Havelock One has supplied shop fittings for 14 locations, and our team had great fun as we, too, played with the brand’s vibrant colours during the bulk manufacturing journey that started in our factory. We manufactured all the individual retail display units that are needed to display their trendy and sustainable products. The first thing you notice when you walk into the store is the bright, bold hues of yellow, pink, and blue that adorn the walls and floors. And then there’s the brand face – the little cheeky monkey. This adorable little character is everywhere, from the clothes to the walls to the shopping bags.

To add a bit of playfulness, we got the Cheekee Munkee heads revolving on their fixtures. Focusing on the collaboration with the brand, here’s what the brand director, Jazz Hayer had to say about our execution: “Thank you, #TeamHavelockOne for producing our New Venture Brands store. Our UAE fit-out team’s sensitive and imaginative approach ensured the curved acoustic ceilings blends with the meticulous detailing created for the functional space. The ceiling – which required special attention with acoustic paints, was assembled with a strong base material. All display units were perfectly coordinated and measured to match the continuity of design details from the ceiling to the floor. The painting works were finished to blend with the light colour temperature used within this store design concept. And the sensorium display curved glasses were sourced and installed in place to achieve the best result in terms of quality and workability.
