The prestigious St. Regis Riyadh, designed by Kristina Zanic, exudes luxury in every way. Cast from ancient Tuwaiq mountain stone, it seamlessly melds its rich historical roots with contemporary luxury. Conveniently located near the diplomatic quarter, The St. Regis Riyadh is the only hotel within the VIA Riyadh development – a new mixed-use destination boasting international designers and world-class dining establishments.

Havelock One played an integral role in bringing this extraordinary hotel to life by delivering the manufacturing and installation of bespoke joinery for 83 guestrooms, the royal suites, and all public areas. This encompassed elegant panelling, doors, customised wardrobes, striking lobby features, and a magnificent spiral staircase that commands attention at the heart of the main lobby.

In addition to these joinery accomplishments, we undertook the comprehensive custom manufacturing and interior fit out for the lavish spa, a destination unto itself. The St. Regis Riyadh spa, an expansive circular oasis, claims the title of the city’s largest wellness haven. Here, guests can indulge in a plethora of rituals, enveloped in the serene ambience.

The St. Regis Riyadh is the second project we have executed for this iconic hotel brand, having recently completed the fit out and manufacturing for The St. Regis Kuwait.
