With a comprehensive scope that encompassed various elements, Havelock One successfully delivered an inspiring space for the University of Technology Bahrain that is both functional and visually appealing. For this education centre located in Salmabad, our Bahrain-based fit out team skillfully executed a range of interior works, including gypsum partition, fixed glass partition and glass door installations, gypsum and baffle ceiling installations, intricate lighting setups, electrical works, wall painting, floor enhancements using carpet, vinyl tile, and ceramic tile options. In addition, we meticulously crafted wooden and vinyl skirting, veneered columns, and bespoke features like the Slider Cafe Countertop, overhead metal mesh, and doors, from our manufacturing facility in Askar.

Although we faced a few challenges that tested our mettle, through proactive communication, design workshops, and swift responses, we were able to secure approvals and meet the project deadlines with finesse. The University of Technology Bahrain – Phase 1 renovation project had its share of highlights as well. The client was particularly impressed with the exceptional quality delivered by Havelock One. The meticulously executed details of material terminations and the stunning oak veneered column transformed the project’s aesthetic, leaving a lasting impression on all who enter the space.
